What you’ll do
Our two-year programme will give you experience across three placements both in our Centres of Excellences – Talent, Resourcing, Learning, Internal Comms and D&I and in our HR Business Partner community.
On completion, these experiences will help shape your next career move.

Location: Our roles are based in our vibrant Newbury campus for year one with potential for either London or Newbury in year two – dependent on placement

- A 2.2 in any degree and recently graduated – i.e. a bachelors or masters obtained or to be obtained between June 2022 and August 2024
- You must also have the correct right to work documentation in place for the full programme duration. We do not accept the Graduate Route Visa.
