The Role
We are looking for a talented and highly motivated HR Executive to support our rapidly growing media and technology business in the UK. This role will be based in our London office.
As a HR Executive, you will join an established and experienced People Team where you can learn on the job and build your HR experience and skills. You'll play a key role in ensuring our systems are up to date through managing our HRIS and administering changes within the system.
This is the perfect entry-level position for someone who would like to learn all there is to know about human resources. You will be working with a fun and bubbly team who are all experts within their field. There will be plenty of development opportunities as Incubeta grows - the HR Director will work with you to map out your own bespoke career path to best utilise your strengths in conjunction with business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage ad hoc HR requests from the People team
- Support the People Team onboarding all new joiners
- Conducting reference and background checks for all new employees
- Ensuring the HR Information System is kept up to date on a regular basis
- Manage payroll administration
- Manage benefit administration
- Manage probation review forms for all new joiners
- Recording sick leave
- Organise occupation health sessions
- Support the wider People Team with roadmap projects and any ad hoc requests
