Job title: UK/EU Sales Director

Reporting to: Managing Director/Shareholders

Aim of role: As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share. You will lead and manage a team of sales professionals, overseeing their performance, providing guidance, and fostering a high-performance culture. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales activities with overall company goals.

Job description:

Superior Wellness is a leading international hot tub manufacturer and distributor, specializing in the design, production, and distribution of high-quality hot tubs and related wellness products. We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Director to join our team and drive sales growth in the UK and European markets.

Responsibilities:

· Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the UK and European markets, aligning with the company's overall objectives and growth targets.

· Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities. Set clear sales targets and monitor team performance against objectives.

· Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand the company's customer base, and penetrate new markets in the UK and Europe. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.

· Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners. Collaborate with the team to develop tailored sales proposals and negotiate contracts to secure long-term business relationships.

· Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Analyze sales data, monitor market trends, and develop accurate sales forecasts. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting sales performance, market insights, and future opportunities.

· Pricing and Margin Management: Develop pricing strategies and manage product margins to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.

· Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives. Provide input on product development and marketing strategies based on customer feedback and market trends.

· Trade Shows and Events: Represent Superior Wellness at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and events to showcase our products, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar senior sales role, preferably in the UK and European markets.

· Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams.

· Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and achieve targets.

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

· Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.

· Experience in international sales and familiarity with European market regulations and distribution channels.

· Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe as required.
