The-bed.co.uk. is looking for an experienced Customer Sales Representative to lead its UK market sales efforts. We are a vertically integrated brand that makes high-quality, modern designer sofas and beds. Production is based in Riga, Latvia but the company is registered in the UK.Each item is produced with the finest raw materials and delivered to the UK and EU within 4-6 weeks of order. We focus on direct to consumer and designer sales. We expect you to speak English fluently and have strong presentation and written skills.You have the potential to grow into head of the UK market.Our perfect candidate will have the following qualities:● Ability to sell● Ability to communicate with customers clearly and persuasively● Strong written and verbal English● Ability to build long-term customer relationships● Experience in the furniture or home accessories vertical.● Experience working with interior designers and architectsLimited background in interior design is a plus, although not required.We are looking for a candidate who:● Loves communicating with people● Has a habit of being focused on clients● Knows how to find and set up long-term relationships with partners● Can close sales and achieve repeat purchases● Is ready to learn and develop rapidlyWhat you will be doing:● Managing incoming leads and converting them into sales● Providing customer service to clients● Administering / processing customer orders, and following up throughout the transaction● Searching for and connecting with new partners – wholesalers, design studios, online stores, furniture retailers● Communicating to introduce our productsWe are looking for a candidate who is:● Reliable● Flexible● Has a positive attitude and a friendly demeanour● Can present themselves well● Has strong numeracy skills● Good relevant sales experience● Administration experience● Interior design background is a plus.Job Type: Full-timePay: £30,000.00-£65,000.00 per yearBenefits:Employee discountSchedule:Day shiftWeekend availabilitySupplemental pay types:Bonus schemePerformance bonusAbility to Commute:London (required)Ability to Relocate:London: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (required)Work Location: In person
