UK & Ireland Brand and Customer Marketing Manager - Industrial
Location - UK South East/Midlands
About You
You will be a strategic marketer, able to develop and lead the industrial strategy for the UK & Ireland - supporting lead generation and pipeline growth with a seamless brand and customer experience. You will lead the development and execution of omnichannel commercial programs and ensures UKI needs are integrated into the global innovation plan to deliver P&L targets and sustainable market share growth in UK market. You will be customer-centric in your thinking – managing marketing planning and execution with strategic Industrial Channel partners (distributors) as a key enabler to growth with industrial end-users and key accounts. You will act as a brand champion and portfolio lead, at a local level, leveraging our world-class brands to commercialise KleenGuard® PPE, WypAll® & Speciality Wipers – supporting category and portfolio strategy and execution within a UK market lens.

The role
This is a key role within our Kimberly-Clark Professional business for someone to define and develop winning value propositions, defining market segment strategy for 3-year strategic business plans. You will partner with Central & Regional Brand Marketing to build required innovation/renovation cadence to deliver on market segment strategy and support in-market launches with segment led-claims; Also provide those teams with market segment insights to ensure innovation/renovation projects fulfil local market needs.
Responsibilities will include:
Adapts omnichannel commercial program design from Explode Growth markets and executes for assigned market segment, including creative, production, content, media, customer interface/engagement programs & lead management process
Defines pricing plan for cluster on assigned categories.
Adapts (or develops) Category & Brand Foundations, product claims & sales tools for region.
Works with Sales organization to provide marketing support and to develop the business model & customer experience plan for the assigned market segment as well as identifying key account targets to develop joint growth plans
Monitors performance of the market segment and marketing (ROI) and adjusts accordingly
Partners with Central Integrated Marketing team to adapt & execute digital sales tool/ assets, SEO/SEM etc.
Leverages marketing content in the Digital Asset Management System (DAM) where possible; where unique content is created, ensure it is uploaded & maintained in the DAM System
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor Degree in business related discipline and strong experience in marketing/sales roles with a demonstrated track record of achievement and growth in leadership behaviour. Understanding of market dynamics, P&L management. strong business & organizational acumen.
