The Role
You will create satisfying and compelling experiences for users of a product, drawing on results from user research and workflow analysis. You need to possess strong creative and problem-solving skills. Areas of focus include use case identification and definition, UI and UX design, asset creation and communication with agile development teams.
This is a Work Anywhere role, however, you have to be based in the United Kingdom and be eligible for employment in the United Kingdom, as Veeva does not sponsor an employment visa for this opportunity.
What You’ll Do

  • Visualizing and presenting ideas for new functionalities
  • Creating full designs and screen flows
  • Creating product prototypes
  • Creating and communicating assets and elements needed for development
  • Analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience
  • Explaining user research results to internal stakeholders
  • Conducting competitor and customer analysis

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Design experience. You’ll ideally come from a similar industry, working in B2B saas companies with a strong emphasis on Design.
  • A strong view on what good design means, you are detail-oriented and you can articulate to a variety of stakeholders what good should look like.
  • Ability to understand business metrics and translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate ideas to developers
  • Knowledge of main industry design tools; very good knowledge of Figma.
  • Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Analytical mind with business acumen
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Experienced with UX for mobile (both iOS and Android) and Web
  • Experience with the Design System
  • Fluent English

  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
