Role Overview
As a UI/UX Designer at Asite 3D Repo, you will play a crucial role in designing and enhancing the user experience of our cloud-based collaboration platform. You will work closely with our development and product teams to understand user needs, gather requirements, and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. You will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience for our clients. Your expertise in user-centric design principles, usability testing, and industry best practices will be instrumental in shaping the future of our products.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand user needs.
Design and develop intuitive, user-centric interfaces for our cloud-based collaboration platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms.
Create wireframes, detailed UI mock-ups, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
Maintain and update the components, patterns, and guidelines of the design system to reflect evolving best practices and design trends.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs based on user insights.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies to continuously enhance the user experience of our products.
Work closely with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing marketing materials, including website designs, landing pages, and promotional graphics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
Proven experience working as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a software development environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise, including examples of intuitive user interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and design iterations.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite,
Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, information architecture, and interaction design best practices.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback to inform design decisions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Passion for creating innovative and visually appealing designs that enhance the user experience.
