Position Overview:
Micro Nav Ltd is seeking a dynamic and creative UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience and visual aesthetics of our software solutions in the aviation industry. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating engaging and intuitive interfaces, designing master style libraries, asset libraries, and crafting interactive prototypes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to conceptualize, design, and implement user-centered interfaces for our air traffic control software products.
· Organize and optimize the Figma platform, establishing a structured design environment that facilitates efficient collaboration and maintains design consistency.
· Create interactive, high-fidelity clickable prototypes that showcase the user flow, interactions, and transitions within the software.
· Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and evolving project requirements to continuously improve the user experience.
· Stay updated on UI/UX design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into your work.
· Develop a comprehensive master style library and asset libraries to ensure a unified visual identity across all products and platforms.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
· A minimum of 1 year of professional UI/UX design experience.
· Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar, with a strong emphasis on Figma expertise.
· Solid understanding of design principles, user-centred design processes, and information architecture.
· Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
· An interest in aviation is desired, but not mandatory.
