Job description
We are looking for a talented User Interface Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly designs.
The Position
- Ability to create standout experiences that using conversion focused design
- Identify key ideas to drive projects and how to implement them in multiple channels
- Provide deliverables including prototypes, proof of concept, wire frames, user flows, use cases, and user scenarios
- Track and monitor progress on development and quality of the experience
- Work directly with clients
- Develop simple and elegant design solutions to complex design problems
- Work with team members to develop streamlined UI processes
- Actively participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Desirable Skills
- 2+ years’ experience in UI Design, both hands on and working conceptually
- A portfolio of conversion focused, commercial UI design work
- A background in digital creative agencies, understanding how to bridge the world of innovation and UI design to the world of big idea creative and platform thinking
- Solid understanding and demonstration of UI design principles, with mastery in design tools, methodologies, processes, best practices, and key deliverables (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google docs etc)
- The ability to lead the design of large and complex systems of interactions
- Able to collaborate and work closely with other disciplines and have a broad understanding of design that goes beyond Visual Design.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices for designing inclusive digital experiences would be advantageous
