Job description

We are looking for a talented User Interface Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly designs.

The Position

Ability to create standout experiences that using conversion focused design
Identify key ideas to drive projects and how to implement them in multiple channels
Provide deliverables including prototypes, proof of concept, wire frames, user flows, use cases, and user scenarios
Track and monitor progress on development and quality of the experience
Work directly with clients
Develop simple and elegant design solutions to complex design problems
Work with team members to develop streamlined UI processes
Actively participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Desirable Skills

2+ years’ experience in UI Design, both hands on and working conceptually
A portfolio of conversion focused, commercial UI design work
A background in digital creative agencies, understanding how to bridge the world of innovation and UI design to the world of big idea creative and platform thinking
Solid understanding and demonstration of UI design principles, with mastery in design tools, methodologies, processes, best practices, and key deliverables (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google docs etc)
The ability to lead the design of large and complex systems of interactions
Able to collaborate and work closely with other disciplines and have a broad understanding of design that goes beyond Visual Design.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices for designing inclusive digital experiences would be advantageous
