The Role:
As the UGG Visual Design Specialist, your main responsibility will be to lead our creative projects.
As part of a regional team in a global company, you will be expected to think creatively and adapt key story directives that are provided by global, so it is relevant to the EMEA region. You will also run design regional projects from start to finish: from overseeing creative design to handling material samples/prototypes, all the way through to final installation.
Your Impact:
- Think creatively and adapt window directives that are provided by global.
- Lead the regional design for pop ups, showrooms, outlet windows in store displays and immersive area in retail stores.
- Work closely with production agencies to ensure they consistently deliver quality Visual Experience (VE) props
- Liaise with agencies and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered within cost, schedule, and business needs
- Support VE team with installation of new windows
- Support VE team with store openings and pop ups, and showroom setups
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as PR, Social, Merchandising, Allocation, Retail and Product
- Research new suppliers to grow our database of vendors
- Integrate Sustainability as a key driver in all visual merchandising projects
Who You Are:
- Highly organized individual able to work autonomously
- Collaborator able to juggle multiple tasks / projects
- Great communicator
- Creative mindset and passionate about design and sustainable processes
We would love to hear from people with:
- Experience working in Visual Design
- Exposure to production workings and prototype quality control before production
- Proficiency in CAD packages and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Exposure to Retail VM is a plus
- Excellent Project Management skills and third-party management
- Good knowledge of MS Office Applications
