Your leadership, teamwork and problem solving skills run deep from your time in the military. It’s time to put this experience to good use, but the transition can feel daunting.
Come and join our ex-serving staff who have been where you are now. They will provide a snapshot of what it’s like to work in an Investment Bank, and pass on their experiences of making a successful transition.
We have arranged presentations from experts across the bank from our Markets, Research and Banking businesses. The Insight Day will also include tips on how to tailor and enhance your CV and interview techniques.
There will be a chance to grow your network and we’ll give you the inside track on how to apply for our exciting Ex Forces Associate Program (EFAP). EFAP aims to bring top talent from the military into full time positions at UBS within our Sales and Trading and Research business divisions.
