An opportunity has arisen for a Clerical Assistant to join our school Support Team.
Working as part of a team in our busy School Office, the successful candidate will be flexible and dedicated to delivering an excellent admin support service.
You will be someone who is keen to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.
Good ICT skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications are essential.
In this role, you will have first aid responsibilities and although a current first aid certificate is desired; it is not essential as full training will be provided.
The Individual
You will provide a general reception service; receive visitors, and deal with routine enquiries personally.
You will make and receive internal and external telephone calls, dealing with enquiries which include obtaining or passing on of information or referring the caller to the appropriate source.
