When a little extra help is needed, our team of online tutors are available to work one on one with students to be certain they are growing in confidence.

Our close partnership with our families is the key to our success in delivering exceptional educational outcomes for students - this is where you come in!
As a member of our Customer Experience / Tutor team, you will work with families to ensure they are getting the best possible results from the TutorWiz program. You will maintain regular contact, checking in on progress and adjusting programs where necessary. You will provide feedback, rewards, and lots of encouragement.
In your conversations with parents, you will listen out for ways to support them, updating account information, and most importantly ensure everyone is working towards the same goals.
Extensive training and development provided
From the moment you join the TutorWiz team, we will ensure you are set up for success.
In your first few weeks, you will complete a comprehensive training program, led by our in-house training team. Once you are up and running, we will continue to support you with frequent coaching and mentoring from our dedicated coaches and Team Leaders.
About you
This role is suited to a person with a passion for education and helping others.
You will have:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- The confidence and maturity to speak with parents about their child’s progress.
- Strong organisation/administration skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment working with multiple IT platforms.
- Ability to embrace change and drive continuous improvement.
- Tutoring experience or a teaching qualification will be highly regarded but not essential.
- Confidence in tutoring up to year 8 Maths.
TutorWiz is excited to offer this work from home opportunity with guaranteed hours; Monday-Thursday 3pm – 7pm. There are no booked appointments, so you don’t need to worry about cancellations or session planning.
If successful in this role, you will need to ensure you are set up to work as a contractor.
