We employ highly motivated individuals to deliver a wide range of subjects for young offenders and adults within prisons throughout the Southwest and South Coast of England.

Key Duties

• Deliver a range of high-quality construction courses or an alternative as led by Weston College management team.
• Motivating learners to excel in their subject area.

Skills Required

• Need to be passionate about teaching.
• Have experience working with students either in a college, or a prison education setting (desirable, not essential).
• Be upbeat, motivational and knowledgeable in the subject area in order to educate and inspire learners.

Qualifications

• Teaching qualification (all candidates must posses a recognised teaching qualification or be prepared to gain one within the first two years of service, with the assistance of the college.

Work Week:

• Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 (teaching hours 09:00 - 11:30 and 14:00 - 16:30).
• Friday 08:30 - 16:00 (teaching hours 09:00 - 11:30).
• 1 hour lunch break.
