I am currently recruiting on behalf of a firm of Chartered Accountants in West Yorkshire for someone to join their busy Trust and Estates department on a permanent basis and wondered if you may be interested in the role?

ROLE: Trusts and Estates Assistant Accountant
LOCATION: West Yorkshire
CONTRACT: Permanent
SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
The Role - To assist with:
- The preparation of annual Trust and Estate Accounts
- The preparation of annual Tax Returns using CCH software
- Day to day administration of Trusts and Estates
- Liaising with clients and H.M Revenue & Customs
- Liaising with banks, solicitors, and stockbrokers
- Other general office duties which may arise
The Person
- Will have previous experience in dealing with Trusts and Estate accounts or a more general background in accounting or taxation and who wishes to specialise in Trusts and Estates.
- Able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Has a good telephone manner.
