Job Purpose
We are looking for a Class 2 driver to work with an experiences Oil Collection operative as part of a 2 man team, collecting waste oil from customers around the area and delivering to our site in Ipswich. This position would be ideal for a newly qualified Class 2 driver who is looking to get experience and driving hours under their belt.
Main Tasks and responsibilities
- Driving a C2 Oil Tanker
- Daily defect reporting
- Maintaining vehicles
- Adhering to company Health & Safety policy and procedures
- Representing the company in a professional manner
- Dealing with the public

Role requirements
- Candidates must have the flexibility to work longer hours during busy periods and be prepared to stay away from home overnight when required
- Able to engage with colleagues and customers, and demonstrate a positive approach to customer service
- Maintain resilience in a demanding role
- Must be fit & healthy as manual work is involved.
- Be a reliable team worker
- No previous oil collection experience necessary, all training will be given
Licences / Qualifications
- HGV Class C (Class 2) Licence - Required
- ADR Licence - Desirable

Hours of work
- Standard hours: 48 hours, Monday to Friday
- Overtime available
