The Myers Group have a vacancy for a Relief HGV Driver (Class 2) to join our existing team.
This vacancy is full time, permanent, with a competitive salary plus excellent benefits! The role is based in Huddersfield, but you will be required to provide relief cover across all our sites in West Yorkshire.
The successful candidate will be required to drive and operate a range of vehicles across various sites around West Yorkshire including Tipper, Mixers, Skips, Crane (HIABS), etc

Standard working week is Monday to Friday (No Nights or Evening Work), plus Every Other Saturday (as required).
Plenty of opportunities to earn overtime, which activated after 45hrs work each week, and on Saturdays.
Responsibilities of our Relief HGV Driver include:
Driving & operating all vehicle types on Myers Group Fleet : Tipper, Mixers, Skips, Crane – Some prior driving of these vehicle types is preferable, but training can be provided.
To become our Relief HGV Driver, you must have the following skills, experience and attributes:
- Class C Licence (Class 2)
- Excellent approach to Health & Safety
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Must be flexible
