HGV Class 2 Driver
Immediate start - Avonmouth – Permanent
Working hours and pay rates:
Monday to Friday + Bank Holidays (includes 1.5 x basic rate + day in lieu OR 3 x basic rate)
Working hours: 06:00am starts – 39 hours per week
Pay: £29,816 per year
Accessible by public transport.
As an HGV 2 Driver, you will be driving recycling lorries with a crew of loaders within Bristol. You will be picking up household waste including plastic, cardboard and food waste. You will have a 2-3 Loaders who will help with the loading, but you will also be expected to assist with loading, which includes lifting the waste and emptying into the lorry, this is a physical job. Full PPE is provided as well as training and an induction.
Duties include:
- Arriving to work in a timely manner
- Good communication with the crew and Supervisors at the depot
- Good customer service with members of the public
- Lifting products in and out of the lorry

Key Requirements:
· Full HGV 2 driving licence
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
