Job description
We are looking to recruit a Drivers Mate for multi-drop deliveries, for a food distribution company based in Bury St Edmunds. You will assist with loading vehicles from 6:30am to 8:00am, before heading out on the road from 8:00am onwards. This role involves some heavy lifting.
Hours: Monday to Friday: 6:30am start until finish (between 2pm - 5pm)
Salary: £23,000
Main duties will include:
- Loading orders onto vehicle
- Assisting the driver with deliveries
- Helping with the paperwork
- Adhering to health and safety regulations
Job Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills
