HGV Driver/Yardman

My client is seeking an experienced HGV Driver/Handyman. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing routine maintenance, undertaking repairs and tackling a range of other practical tasks.
Day to day duties:
_FLT Driver and Loads Trucks with weight for MOT and Brake testing
Fills loan vans with fuel and basic van checks
Collects Parts when required
Carries out regular FLT pre use checks
Assist with moving vehicles in the yard
Gathers Overalls/Laundry ready for collection. Distributes overalls and arranges any required repairs.
Carries out general maintenance tasks on the full site including Bulbs and toilets
Carries out Monthly equipment inspections
Carries out Monthly Scaffolding Tower checks
Cleans loan vans when required

_The successful candidate:
Experience in previous HGV Driver position/handyman
Must have a UK driving license
Class 1 or 2 HGV licence would be advantageous but not essential
What's on offer?
Salary - £10.50p/h, (£22,932)p/a
Working week - 8am - 5pm (Monday - Friday) with an hour dinner, every other Saturday 8am - 12pm.
