Job description
Due to continued growth we are looking for friendly, hard working Drivers Mates for our client based in North Swindon (Groundwell Industrial Estate).
About the Driver's Mate Role:
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 1.30pm-10pm
- Pay Rate is £10.42ph
- Weekly Pay - Pay slips sent by email. No complicated online portal
- Pension Contributions
- Holiday pay accrual
Duties for the Drivers Mate Role:
- You will be working alongside a Driver delivering furniture and large household products to Customer's homes
- Calling customers on-route to advise of delivery slot, gain information on access issues, directions etc
- Assisting Driver with entering locations into Sat Nav
Experience Required for the Drivers Mate Role:
- Excellent customer service skills
- A basic understanding of English
- Physically capable as heavy lifting will be involved
- Experience within a similar role would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided
