Requirements for Tree Climber:

• Must have experience working for a professional tree company.
• Be able to efficiently perform tree trimming and removal according to industry standards.
• Experience with chainsaws, rigging, lowering devices, pole saws, pole pruners, chippers, stump grinders and other tree service equipment.
• Use of required safety personal protection equipment.

Requirements for Groundsman:

• Must have experience working for a professional tree service.
• Able to lift and carry heavy loads.
• Ability to perform strenuous work all day including carry wood, drag tree branches, feed wood chipper and operate other equipment.
• Work as a team member assisting the climber and other crew members.
• Use of required safety personal protection equipment.

Requirements for Crew Leader:

• Must have experience working for a professional tree care company.
• Must have a comprehensive understanding of all aspects with both commercial and residential tree service.
• Strong understanding of safety and industry standards.
• Have the ability to be both a team player and leader.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness and ability to perform all tasks of all positions in the company as needed.
• Use of required safety personal protection equipment.

Requirements for Driver:

• Valid Class C driver’s license. (CDL is a plus)
• Clean driving record.
• Experience driving large trucks with a trailer.
• Use of required safety personal protection equipment.
• Driving is a small part of the job. This is a Tree worker position with truck driving responsibility giving the worker an opportunity to earn more.

Requirements for all positions:

• Must be a team player and work with a mindset of safety first.
• Be reliable and punctual.
• Be able to pass a drug test.
• Hard working and motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

• Professional Tree Service: 1 year (Required)
• driving a large truck with trailer: 1 year (Required)

License:

• Valid Class C driver license (Required)
• Class B CDL (Preferred)
