For us, Markets experience is desirable but not crucial. Instead a curiosity about the industry and self motivation to learn are more significant. Because financial markets products are complex, ideally you would have experience working with a technical product or process. Finally, because of the type of transactions we handle, we'd like to talk to colleagues with experience of working in an environment where risk is carefully handled.
We're also passionate about diversity and equal opportunity with industry recognition across gender, ethnicity, disability, LGBTQ+ and families. And, being disability positive, reasonable adjustments can be accommodated in our Recruitment process, just let us know.
The Hiring Manager for this role is Laura Coston and for any questions about the role please approach Laura and James Coleman.
