Job overview
Our professional client is seeking an experienced Travelling PA to accompany her on all her future business trips and travels.
This role would suit a highly organised, capable, and adaptable individual with extensive experience of working within a high-pressure environment.
Job spec
- Diary management, overseeing schedules and global travel logistics, inclusive of flights, hotels, drivers, charters, etc
- Email management
- Communication on behalf of the client
- Liaising with Family Office and wider associates
- Wardrobe management and seasonal rotation
- Packing and unpacking of cases
- Welcoming guests
- Providing table service
- Knowledge of fine linens, silks, lace, and other fine fabrics
Candidates must be/have:
- Interest and extensive knowledge of the fashion industry is a must
- Prior PA / House Management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- High flexibility with travel
- Knowledge of etiquette and international cultures

Salary
Up to 5,000 USD per month NET (with one paid return flight home per year).
