Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
As part of our NHS Net Zero workstream we are recruiting a Travel & Transport Manager to take up the responsibility of this key objective as part of reducing carbon emissions related to all aspects of travel & transport.
This is an exciting role at the Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and its success is key to the Trusts own Net Zero carbon status by 2040. The role holder will become a committee member of the Trusts Sustainability Strategy Group and be able to report data, progress and provide solutions in all aspects of Travel & Transport.
The Successful candidate will have the drive and tenacity to make qualitative and quantative improvements in this area in the promotion of alternative and active travel initiatives for both staff and visitors whilst managing car parking provision at both hospital sites.
