We are open to a variety of candidates. From the recently graduated student of a Travel Agent focused certificate program working for us part time, to the more seasoned travel agent looking for a new challenge in a small firm with flexibility in schedule. Select Luxe is a luxury travel experience agency that is a subsidiary of Select Aero, a private aviation charter and management company. Many of the clients we service are pilots, executives, and private charter clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for working with Management to recommend and manage all vendors and other key relationships for enhanced services to deliver cost effective yet high quality service.
- Works with Management and Air Crew through active collaboration and a team based approach to recommending and maintaining proper procedures and policies.
- Responsible for all Select Aero Crew Member travel arrangements including air travel, accommodations, ground transportation and catering.
- Assist Management and Air Crew with planning, organizing, arranging and auditing hotels for flight crew member stays to ensure adequate transportation, accommodations and catering are provided.
- Assist Management and Air Crew to contact external agents in order to advise of personnel/crew member conveyance changes and/or to confirm reservations.
- Active and timely communication with Crew members all their hotel/ travel confirmations via e-mail.
- Updating and maintaining the Hotel spreadsheet to track Flight Crew reservation information.
- Collaborates with Management and Air Crew in booking commercial air travel both international and domestic.
- Reconciles Flight Crew Members commercial bookings, catering, and transportation for expenses and audit trail.
- Ensures cancellations for crew member travel is done in a timely manner to avoid undue expenses.
- Other duties as required.
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS AND MEASUREMENTS
- Responsible for ensuring timely revision and cancellation of crew member travel itineraries.
- Provide leadership to the Crew Travel department.
- Build business relationships with all company team members and vendors.
- Perform system audits to ensure departmental process and procedure compliance.
- Responsible for reconciliation of company credit card transactions/charges and commissions.
- Responsible for reviewing and coding invoices each month for hotels and other expenses as directed.
- Ensures consistent application of our Customer Commitment Standards to their daily responsibilities as appropriate.
- Assist management with company growth by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
EDUCATION and/or CERTIFICATION:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with booking program SABRE.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in the airline or travel industry.
- Experience in Corporate Travel Agency and/or customer service.

- Ability to communicate in a timely manner with all levels of Management and Crew Members.
COMPENSATION
Base pay and commission will be determined based experience and other factors that the successful candidates brings to the role.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 5-10 per week
Salary: $22.50-$26.00 per hour
