My prestige and reputable client are one of the UK's leading agencies used by corporate and public sectors for booking accommodation, conferences, business travel and event management based in LS16. They work with many well known hotels and brands to perfectly execute plans for their clients as they pride themselves and commit to offering excellent customer service.
They are now looking for a full time and permanent Administrator to join their busy travel team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in administrative tasks to maintain structure in the team workload
- Play full part as an operational team member as required by Company.
- Work in accordance with Company Terms and Conditions as set out in the Contract of Employment and Company Staff Handbook.
- Strictly adhere to operational procedures and policies.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and sales services to individual clients and corporate accounts.
- Be familiar with client travel policies and how each account operates.
- Have a working knowledge of the various Online Booking Tools
- Examine all Fare Research opportunities and ensure maximum utilisation of contract rates and agent commissions
- Help maintain the invoicing, commissions and reconciling using our internal systems
- Participate in the short term and long term planning for the development of the office with a view of onward development in your role
- Ensure that all transactions carried out within the agency are treated with the strictest of confidence at all times.
