About the opportunity
We are recruiting for a Travel Booking Administrator to join our facilities team at our Customer Support Centre based in Walsall. The Travel Booking Administrator will assist the business in booking all travel requirements, Whilst giving great customer service for both internal and external visitors to the CSC.
This is a Fixed-Term contract for 6- months
This role will be full time Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

What you'll be doing...
- Booking travel (Trains, Hotels, Flights) in line with company policy
- Liasing with colleagues throughout the business
- Communication with travel booking companies where required
- Tracking, filing and communicating requests and confirmations
What you'll need...
- Basic knowledge of excel and word-based documents.
- Ability to manage and organise your own workdays as everyday can be different.
- Ability to acknowledge and meet deadlines given.
- Good and confident communicator.
- Knowledge of teams and outlook – You will be expected to book and arrange meetings.
- Be confident with front of house working
