Our organization is looking for an experienced Transportation Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the transportation of goods and services from suppliers to customers, ensuring that all shipments are delivered on time and in accordance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the scheduling of transportation services.
- Manage the budget for transportation services.
- Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
- Develop and maintain relationships with transportation vendors.
- Monitor and analyze transportation costs and usage patterns.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for drivers and passengers.
- Maintain records of all transportation services provided.
