Summary:
The mission of the Manager, supporting Final Mile Logistics Solutions is to work in partnership with the Bath & Body Works and third-party brand store operations, to develop, implement and lead solutions supporting or improving the flow of merchandise and non- merchandise from our shipping buildings to the store backroom to improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of the supply chain. This position will own Third-Party Delivery Agent relationships as well as the connectivity with brand Distribution Centers, Shipping, Outbound Transportation and Store Solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, implementation, and expansion of logistics solutions to support Final Mile delivery to stores. Includes accountability for logistics execution of projects with production and logistics spends exceeding $100M annually.
- Effectively influence and recommend flow options which will provide for vital speed solutions with a frugal approach to time and expense; inclusive of our Regional DC's flow decisions and routing guidance.
- Collaborate with brand and Bath & Body Works partners to recommend solutions or ideas for improving the operations and reducing cost at the store or third-party delivery agent. Solutions include the development of new capabilities within the final mile network for standard and customized store deliveries, for both merchandise and non-merchandise.
- Develop and lead projects for key initiatives, influencing partners across the supply chain. Scope includes timeline definition, calendar, resource management and risk analysis.
- Provide support to develop peak season capacity requirements to third party providers. Work with leadership team to develop contingency plans for all markets in terms of back-ups, seasonal and holiday forecasts, equipment, etc.
- Participate in formal service reviews with delivery agent providers. This may include visiting their corporate headquarters, visiting stores with terminal managers, and coordinating meetings with store operations executives in the field. Travel may be up to 25% of the position.
- Review and partner with Data Management team / technology team to increase the level of automation within reporting, and/or process improvement opportunities within the Final Mile delivery network to allow for increased analytical support to evaluate Third-Party Delivery Agents time definite performance.

Qualifications
- Prior Logistics or Supply Chain Management experience – store operations experience a plus.
- High level of curiosity and analysis to drive service and innovation.
- Possesses integrity, interpersonal, and leadership skills to accomplish results with and through individuals and teams.
- Self-starter with initiative to action strategic vision of team and leadership goals for final mile delivery solutions.

- Possesses strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Strong time management skills to adapt successfully to agility needs in workload.
- Possesses in-depth working knowledge and experience with technology, systems application and overall Logistics Network complimented with the ability to obtain data and analyze to identify trends, risks and on-time delivery of projects and floor sets.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or other relevant business field.
