Transport Recruitment Resourcer
As a Transport Recruitment Resourcer, you will support candidates through our volume recruitment process, liaising and engaging with applicants to ensure we deliver an exceptional service and positive experience of Next.
Working from our brand new recruitment suite, you will spend the majority of your time speaking with our hiring managers across the business, advertising roles, contacting applicants, discussing vacancies, telephone interviewing and booking in interviews. You will be very confident dealing with multiple people both internally and externally and consider yourself IT savvy as you will need to work with a number of IT systems on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an excellent and engaging service to all candidates throughout the recruitment experience
- Maximise every candidate application and convert as many to offer as possible
- Support the virtual and face to face recruitment process, ensuring that candidates receive a consistent and exceptional level of service
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand resource requirements and advise them on the best methods of attracting candidates
- Manage all internal and external candidate correspondence
- Assist with the offer and new starter process, collating all required documentation
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
- Work closely with other members of the recruitment team to ensure an efficient recruitment service is delivered to both candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain legal compliance with all applicable legal requirements including the Working Time Directive, Equality Act and Right to Work documentation.
Skills / Experience Required
- Confident communicator, you won't be shy about picking up the phone!
- Ideally you will have experience of working autonomously and be a proven self starter.
- Resilient - absolutely essential, in-house recruitment is not for everyone and is very fast paced!
- Experience of multi-tasking and managing simultaneous priorities is essential

- Target driven - you love a deadline and will push yourself to fill interview schedules
- Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent IT skills and confident user of Google suite
