SJP Transport Limited has established itself as one of the leading players in the Abnormal Load industry. We specialise in the delivery of static caravans and lodgesacross the UK.
Due to organic growth, we now require an additional transport planner to work in the traffic office. Experience of such a role would be an advantage but is by no means as important as possessing the right attitude. We will provide full training where necessary to the successful candidate, but a good knowledge of the geography of the UK would be desirable. We are looking for someone who enjoys team interaction and working in a busy environment. Here at SJP we pride ourselves on service levels and we expect these levels to be maintained by our employees.
The position would involve continual self-improvement and we would expect the individual to work towards a professional CPC Management qualification which would be funded by us.
This is a long-term position within a continually evolving company.
Salary up to £30k depending on experience.
5 days per week with occasional weekend availability for calls required.
08:00-17:30 although a degree of flexibility will be necessary occasionally.
