About The Role
Here at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare, we’re a business focused on our patients, operational delivery, and growth. We need your leadership skills and transport expertise to lead our fleet operations to ensure we provide an exceptional patient experience in a safe, legal, and compliant way.
In this newly created role, you will form part of the Operational Leadership team to provide direct, regional management to our Transport Support Managers. You will be responsible for delivering a culture of continuous efficiency and process improvement. Collaborating with key functions across the business, you will lead transformational activities, supporting the delivery of our change agenda. You will identify best practice standards and cascade this across all LPCH Transport Operations to deliver appropriate solutions and reduce risk.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will have significant expertise within transport, logistics or supply chain management with in-depth knowledge of industry standard methods and best practices. As a committed leader, you will demonstrate experience of managing and inspiring teams to deliver high performance and excellent customer service. You will be an influencer, a collaborator and a change agent who is able to quickly establish positive relationships to drive transformation. In addition, you hold or could obtain a Transport Manager CPC and have a full UK driver’s license to travel to our LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare sites as and when required.
