Hours: Monday to Friday 08.30-17.00 (30 min unpaid break)

Key responsibilities of this role include:
Supporting with the management of driver Tacographs (a driver tacograph is a device that records driving times and rest periods)
Compliance – ensure that drivers stick to regulations, operating licenses
Support with audits to ensure compliance with Operator license standards
Support with external audits carried by the Department for Transport (DfT)
Learn legal requirements for managing fleet of 18 vehicles
Administration to include:
- managing queries
- respond to telephone and email enquiries
- maintaining operating systems
- liaising with other departments
Assist with Digitalising of the department
Training you will undertake includes:
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
Knowledge test
Portfolio based interview
Project presentation
Online portfolio to update with learning and development
Diarised virtual appointments with a dedicated Learning Coach
Attendance to training sessions, workshops, masterclasses (online)
- Additional training to take place to develop knowledge, skills, and behaviours in accordance with this Apprenticeship standard.
Qualifications that you will gain:
- L3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard
- Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Maths (if required)

- GCSE (or equivalent Level 2 qualification) at Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths. Evidence of certificates must be provided, or Functional Skills qualifications will form part of the apprenticeship.
- Flexibility with working hours maybe required. We operate 24/7 and may occasionally ask you to work outside of your normal working pattern.
