Job description
Elkes Biscuits, based in Uttoxeter, has recently taken on a number of Ukrainians and we're looking to recruit a Translator in order to support their training and development on an initial 3 month contract.
We are looking for a Translator to help with the following:
- Externally liaise with a growing number of Ukrainian colleagues working within the bakery
- Translating work instructions, procedures and documents to enable safe working on shift
- Supporting individuals during both training and assessments
- Supporting individuals in on-site meetings – i.e. return to work interviews etc
Working hours for the role will be rotating, Monday to Thursday, 10:00pm-7:00am
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Salary: From £13.19 per hour
