Job Title: Transformation Programme Manager

Reporting to: Director of Transformation
- Lead a team of ~5 direct reports and operate as part of the Transformation Leadership
- Develop, support and effectively performance a team of Project Managers as well as
- Planning and delivery of core transformational projects in line with internal control and
- Define and manage the criteria for control of programmes of work, creating an
effectively managed.
- Present an accurate view of programme deliveries; ensuring change control is managed
appropriate.
- Ensure effective resource planning, working closely with resource owners to ensure
- Ensure effective communication to all stakeholders.
- Challenge focus of the change projects to meet targets and initiate extra activities
- Provide adhoc consultancy to departmental managers on standardised IAG Cargo
- Facilitate delivery through a culture of continuous improvement, acting as a champion for
- Relationship and supplier management with external suppliers and key stakeholders to
- Embed change into the organisation at all levels
- Build and sustain strong working relationships with accountable business owners and
successful delivery of project
