As an eLearning Developer and Producer at ServiceTitan, you’ll support the Learning Experience Team, Product and various customer-facing teams by editing and delivering engaging instructional content including video tutorials, self-paced course materials, in-app video content, and more.
Under the Learning Experience team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to provide edited content for product managers, support, success, onboarding project managers, and customers, to ensure that all ServiceTitan users are equipped to use the platform. Additionally, you’ll create engaging content that shares workflows, best practices, and tips and tricks, and assist with maintenance of existing content and motion graphics templates.

As part of the eLearning Team, you will:

Produce impactful content: Edit and deliver high quality video and self-paced content that promotes self-service and efficiency for our end-users and internal employees
with customer-facing teams to create and/or edit recorded video content
Edit efficiently and effectively: Provide necessary cleanup to audio and video content, following eLearning Team guidelines to ensure consistent quality
Raise the bar: Collaborate with the eLearning team to maintain and improve content templates

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

2–4 years experience creating and editing instructional video content (software simulations a plus)
Proficiency with Adobe suite, including Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
Proficiency with Articulate 360 Suite

Preferred Skills:

Experience with instructional design methods (ADDIE, etc.)
Experience with illustration/animation of 2d graphics
Experience with creating and editing Motion Graphics Templates within Premiere and After Effects
Voiceover presentation experience a plus
Experience using Techsmith Camtasia
