Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Learning and Development Specialist to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our employees. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs, develop learning materials, deliver engaging training sessions, and measure the effectiveness of the programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and a passion for fostering continuous learning and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and other learning resources.
- Deliver training sessions in a variety of formats, such as classroom training, virtual sessions, workshops, and webinars.
- Assist in the implementation and administration of learning management systems (LMS) and other training platforms.
- Collaborate with leaders and key stakeholders to identify learning and development needs within the organization.
- Manage and leverage third party training providers for specific skill training topics.
- Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies to create engaging and interactive training content.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback to continuously improve content and delivery methods.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure the organization's training programs are innovative and impactful.
- Partner with HR and leadership teams to support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Monitor and track employees' progress and performance following training initiatives to assess their impact on individual and organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports on training activities, participation rates, and program evaluations.
- Recommend and implement strategies to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Learning and Development Specialist or a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Proficiency in developing engaging training materials using various tools and technologies.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to adapt to different audience needs.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality training solutions.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Preferred Skills
- Ideally certified to deliver MBTI, DISC or other organizational and team health and development programs

- Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver’s License Verification and passport/ID validation.
- Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in the United States or Canada (whichever location the successful candidate is currently located in and hired into) is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position. The successful candidate will be required to ensure they maintain and renew any visas or permits that grant employment eligibility where applicable.
