The Company
ER Productions is a growing, international, award-winning laser show & laser system design and special
effects specialist, with credits spanning across worldwide concert tours, high profile sporting and corporate events, advertising, TV & Film and theatre.

Your Mission
To support the Health & Safety Director in the maintenance and further development of our safety management system and training program. Undertake a strong mentoring and development path provided to grow you into an integral part of our program as a safety and training professional.
Your Key Responsibilities
Serving as assistant to H&S Director day-to-day.
Overseeing the smooth running of the company internal training operation.
Liaising with clients and students as customers of the external training operation
Document control of all safety & training documentation.
Ensuring all new starters receive the full induction program in terms of Safety & Training.
Scheduling and preparation of training session logistics.
Progressing through self-development path to grow with the operation into a more qualified role as an internal trainer & safety professional.
Monitoring and managing key compliance steps throughout the company, preparing safety KPI statistics.
Ensuring sufficient access to information and documentation for relevant persons in the company.
Assisting with the creation of new training materials, both in person and E-learning.
Your Experience
Over 2 years proven working experience in a coordination role or similar.
Live Event industry experience (onsite or offsite)
Your Skills
Excellent Microsoft Word skills are required, along with competency around emails and Google Workspace.
Good data analysis skills including collating across multiple platforms
Your Qualities
You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to thrive in a busy team to achieve your tasks. Highly organised, you will apply your natural character to achieve the high attention to detail that the role demands. You will be expected to self-manage your time and tasks, and to prioritise your work based on the needs of the moment.
