Job Title: Resource Coordinator
Reports to: Head of Resource
Location: Walker Street & travel to different locations will also be required
Hours: Variable, to include week nights and weekends

The Role
As Resource Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects associated with our front of house team. This will include leading recruitment, induction, training and development, discipline and recognition processes. with a strong emphasis on scheduling rotas. You will oversee all areas of our quality control systems with the team before, during, and after events…which will be strongly led by the Hickory brand values.
Hickory prides itself on only having our own fully trained team members at the events which we deliver, we have invested in mapping our team journey through the business and in technology to manage and report on the process, all having been designed to bring reassurance to the internal teams and our clients by delivering client satisfaction at each and every event.
Key Deliverables
Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Lead a happy Front of House (‘FOH’) team, ensuring that our commitment to the team is delivered at each event.
· Shared responsibility of team phone, this may include responding to messages out of regular business hours
· Support the businesses’ recruitment needs for hospitality team members.
· Leading on scheduling software to aid in rota/budget allocation management
· Create the weekly travel rotas for all events
· Ensure that the requisite talent is booked in, on time and on budget for every event
· Develop and oversee training requirements for our front of house teams to ensure they are trained to the highest of standards
· Aid in our develop a talent pipeline scheme to invest and promote in the future stars of our business
· Run the implementation of a quality control for all FOH team members to allow for evaluating and developing of individuals within the business.
· Deliver a tailor-made induction for all new employees
· Proactively anticipating issues with our front of house team and working to remedy them

Hours: 5 out 7 days, typically Tuesday – Saturday, also to include midweek evenings
Due to the nature of our business and according to the workload additional working hours may be necessary. During busy periods working hours may be varied and can occasionally include unsocial hours and weekends.
Holiday: 28 days holiday + 1 day off for your birthday.

Salary: £1,234.00 per hour

- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
Experience:
