Brothers of Charity Services (Scotland) are one of the largest care and support providers in the Scottish Borders and we are currently recruiting for the post of Learning, Development, and Innovation Coordinator.
Do you have the skills and innovation to contribute to an existing and experienced small team with a focus on delivering quality, relevant, person centred and future focussed training?
As Learning Development and Innovation Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the design, review and delivery of a cross organisation work force development and training programme including onboarding and progression of new staff. You will contribute to and identify training needs of all staff as part of their continuous professional development and be responsible for the booking and coordination of staff training and other learning and development themes and activities within the organisation.
You will ensure compliance with regulatory body requirements, support the embedding of sector skills into practice and ensuring the delivery of the annual training plan, budget, and innovation programmes in supporting an ambitious continuous improvement agenda.
You will be required to use your own initiative and be proactive in your work practices as well as engaging with all departments within the organisation and supporting their needs in relation to Learning, Development and Innovation as well as consulting and liaising with external networks.
To be considered for the post of Learning Development and Innovation Coordinator you will have relevant qualifications as a Trainer/Facilitator, strong IT skills, and can adapt to the needs of the organisation in relation to LD&I but also when supporting staff and people we support.

Salary: £31,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
