The Training Coordinator (US or Europe) will manage and update course schedule in the Learning Management System (LMS). Confirm attendees and run rosters. Assist in the preparation of course materials for deployment in the LMS. Requires frequent communication and some virtual collaboration with the members of the Learning & Performance Center and other Fortrea employees. Work with members of the Global Learning Team to coordinate global leaning sessions effectively (virtual or face to face)
What to Expect
Provides administrative support to Global Learning Team
Maintain CDS Learning Management System (LMS) Mailbox within business specified timelines by processing new requests submitted by approved business stakeholders, facilitating online content review/publishing process and troubleshooting or assisting with question/issue resolution
Administer updates to assignments and curricula in the LMS
Run ad hoc reports from the LMS as needed
Manages the Clinical Development Services GCP training record process
Support SOPs/Policies that govern the learning organization and represents at audit
Works collaboratively with Global Learning Trainers to ensure that the training quality standards are met
Maintains and applies knowledge of technical training theories and techniques to sustain overall training effectiveness
Support client audits as CDS LMS subject matter expert
Ensures team adherence to content management standards as outlined in the associated guidance document and maintains the repository
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Education / Qualifications
University/college degree
Preferred: life sciences but not required
Experience
Good verbal and written communication skills
Aptitude for handling and reviewing numerical and written data
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Computer literacy including a good working knowledge of excel
Ability to work self-directed with minimal supervision
Organized with a meticulous eye for detail
Pay Range: $55,000 - $75,000/year USD
