The benefits:
- Salary - £50,000 - £60,000
- Bonus scheme - on target bonus - 10%
- An annual car allowance of £4236
- Pension scheme - contribute up to 5% of your salary and Openwork will match you and put in an extra 5%

Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver supervision in alignment with Openwork's Assurance Model and Supervision Framework.
- Adopt a proactive risk management approach, identifying root causes and formulating effective remedial actions.
- Use critical thinking and MI/Data to guide your supervision priorities.
- Foster a culture of competence, good conduct, and excellent client outcomes.
- Balance commerciality and regulatory risk effectively.
- Take ownership of your supervision activities, maintaining regulatory requirements and addressing emerging risks.
