Training Co-ordinator - SAP

The SAP Training Coordinator role is part of the central Organisational Change Management Team who are responsible for coaching the deployment sites through their change journey to maximise system adoption and achieve stabilization of new processes and ways of working. The SAP Training Coordinator will support the Training Team with several aspects of training administration and analysis. They are responsible for maintaining the SAP training curricula in excel reports and on the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).
You’ll succeed because…
- Support the Training Lead in the execution of the SAP Training methodology, processes, and tools. 2023 SAP deployment region is Latin America.
- Daily administration of training content on the Learning Management System (SuccessFactors) including marking classroom attendance, problem solving issues and resolving queries relating to the training catalogue and fixing technical issues with content completion.
- Assign training for users during Super User and End User Training windows.
- Creation of reports to identify users who have successfully completed training and analyse reports to identify training needs.
- Support the Training Team with logistics and administration of training courses, including curriculum and item content building especially for translations and maintenance in SuccessFactors LMS.
- Support the local SAP deployment teams in using Success Factors, knowledge sharing, helping set up their local reports and how to mark classroom training complete.
- Support the maintenance of appropriate standard operating procedures (work instructions) for the use of relevant systems.
- Management of training databases; including mapping roles to correct training requirements.
- Interim point of contact for training enquiries from live SAP sites.
