- Experience in training programs or activation mechanics.
- Client-facing experience involving strategy and negotiation (e.g., Retail/Carrier, Operations or Consulting).

- Experience working with training tools and systems.
- Ability to adapt and operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and collaborative environment.
- Excellent analytical skills (e.g., AB analysis, ROI, job costing, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem solving skills.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
Responsibilities
- Drive Retail Sales Associate (RSA) recommendation rates and knowledge scores measured by Mystery shopping and online testing.
- Plan skills development plan for field sales teams and set training execution strategy.
- Collaborate with retail marketing on content localisation inputs/feedback and facilitate the strategy between global, regional, and country teams. Sharing top down and bottoms up information to guide training and advocacy strategies.
- Contribute to scaling Partner Operations for Google hardware through innovation, efficiency gains, and root cause analysis. Streamlining the operational workflow by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks.
- Work in conjunction with third party providers you will ensure that consumer insights and data analysis are generated and shared in actionable formats to drive the business forward.
