What does this role involve?
As a sales trainer, you will deliver engaging training sessions to new and existing staff, enabling them to service and support our customers.
Day to day, you will;
- design and deliver inductions, ad-hoc training, and workshops;
- maintain up-to-date knowledge on products, processes and best practices;
- work collaboratively with recruitment, IT, and operational teams to ensure new starters have a slick induction journey;
- provide onsite and remote coaching support to existing staff;
- analyse training feedback and look at innovative ways to make enhancements.
Who are we looking for?
As an experienced trainer, you will have a passion for sharing and embedding knowledge. Your energetic facilitation style will help you to create an engaging learning environment.
Your experience in designing interactive sessions and insightful content will resonate with salespeople.
The role is based in our Glasgow office, however, travel to other sites, including our Head Office in Chandlers Ford is required.

Our Energy Hubs are located on the high streets, to service customers in their own communities. As a trainer dedicated to our retail hubs, you will deliver engaging training sessions to new and existing staff, enabling them to service and support our customers. This could be giving energy efficiency advice to save money, and the planet, or answering general questions about their account.
