What you will be doing
As a Trainer at ComXo the purpose of this role is to deliver inductions and training in all ComXo systems and processes, carrying out post training assessments as well as regular training needs analysis. You will focus on the long-term improvement of skills, enabling employees to fulfil their potential as well as designing and delivering appropriate and up to date training solutions.
Reporting directly into the Training Manager this role offers someone the opportunity to really shine and put their own stamp on things. We understand that variety is important so as well as inductions you will be delivering performance coaching where you will support with live call taking and create tailored development pathways.
If creativity is your thing, then you will be able to fully design and develop E-Learning content as well as all training material.
What we are looking for:
- Experienced in the planning and delivery of training
- Experience of conducting Training Needs Analysis
- Experience of using a Learning Management system is desirable but not essential
- Strong presentational and organisational skills
- Someone who demonstrates the 4P’s
