CCP are delighted to be working alongside a Property Management company who are looking to add an experienced Customer Service Trainer to their team for a fixed period of 12 months. The company are fighting the battle of affordable housing and helping provide housing to the homeless. They build and deliver properties to make ensure high quality and safe neighbourhoods.
The successful Customer Service Trainer will be a crucial part of the team in helping support the growth and development of existing employees as well as the onboarding for all new starters. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you will also help create, design, and deliver new learning materials (both hard and soft skills) for all workers within the company. As well as this you will run recruitment assessment centres to help hire new employees.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: £33,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
