JOB REF: 1748: PART-TIME ASSESSOR/TRAINER IN ACCOUNTANCY
£9,073 - £10,345 per annum (pro rata to £22,382 – £25,519 per annum), dependent on qualifications & experience.
15 hours per week, 2 days per week
We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to deliver excellence in this field. This exciting opportunity has arisen to join Boston College. Business, Accountancy & Travel department is a high performing team.
Your job role will include marketing and the delivery of day courses to the Accountancy and Business sector. As an assessor you will be responsible for the timely delivery and completion of qualifications using a variety of assessment methods. Flexibility is required on delivery at Boston and Spalding.
You will have excellent organisation and communication skills and be able to work on own initiative. For this role you need excellent knowledge of business and finance preferably with extensive experience in industry. You must be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in a finance or business-related field. A Degree (or equivalent) in Business or Accountancy or a Professional Accountancy qualification (e.g., AAT / CIMA / ACCA, etc) is desirable but not essential. Preferably you will hold an Assessor and IQA qualification or be willing to work towards within the first year of employment. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
