Job description
We are looking for an experienced Trainer/Assessor to join our Business Team to support us in delivering our adult courses. This position can be flexible depending on your availability and ability to work from home.
You’ll be responsible for motivating, coaching and guiding your learners through their learning journey from initial advice and guidance to next steps; ensuring they’re on track, assessing their skills, knowledge and behaviors across a range of courses and holding regular reviews to help them progress.

We’d like you to:
- Have experience of delivering and /or assessing business related courses to adults.
- Hold an Assessors Award
